Summer Rain

She didn’t want this drive to end,

She wanted it for miles and miles.

In this beautiful summer rain,

In the middle of the night.

She wanted it to go for miles and miles,

Until it would break into the dawn,

Where all doubts are gone,

And all pain has resolved.

She wanted it to go for miles and miles,

But home is where your heart is,

And She is where she belongs.
