By Jay M.

Love is fluid,
Flows by bliss,
Ends at will,
May the songs herald,
Raging against the light,
Was a knight so called,
A maidens call –
Into the night we go,
Armed and calling,
To perish,
In a stumble,
Oh! For the truth should have,
Set us free!
Fair betrayal,
A say and a smile,
A gift without guile!
A flower to end, they may say,
A grace on a stone, knows not a tear;
go – never fear…
Author Bio:
Jay M. is a poet and writer from Mumbai, India, who strives to make sense of the increasingly multiple, paradoxical and ambiguous world around him through his verse and prose. He writes poetry – free verse and haiku, apart from satire based on his travels. He takes life with a pinch of salt, and advocates that doing so makes it highly palatable.
