Timeless Rhymes and Rhythms
Rhyme
Rhymes with time
A tale as old as time
An allusion to Beauty and the Beast
Reason
Using the mind
Logic, discipline, and sense
Elinor Dashwood, the epitome of sense from Sense and Sensibility
Rhyme and reason are interconnected
The two princesses in The Phantom Tollbooth
A children’s story about the importance of making every moment in life count
And how reality can actually be more magical than any kind of fantasy
Rhyme and reason intertwine
To create poetry that is initially conceived in the mind
That blends with music to create rhythms and a reason to dance
With joy, and without fear, shame, and regret
Dance along as people fall under the spell
Of the mystical quality that music creates
As language and sound materialize forms of expression
That are as abstract and enigmatic as thoughts that time cannot even tell

Humankind

Going against all odds
For the sake of martyrdom
Maximum power corrupts absolutely
Instead of engaging in
Dystopia
Strive for
Utopia
Honor
Heroism
Fundamentally flawed
and imperfectly perfect
Those are the characteristics of mankind

Defy Thy Sky

Deviation and Defiance
Manners and Mores
Constantly inevitable change
Convention vs. Revolution
Trials and Tribulations
Everyone can
Defy Thy Sky
And go beyond Thy Stars
If they choose to
Soar
