Meet Our Staff:
John Page: Editor-In-Chief
John Page loves history, science fiction, and fantasy. He has recently graduated from Marymount University with a B.A. in history and is pursuing a masters degree in education from UMUC. He founded this site to help writers pursue their dreams by getting their work seen by the world.
Jessica Ricks: Web-Master, Designer
Jessica has always had a love of writing. She recently graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in journalism with a minor in creative writing. She is a reporter for the Prince George’s Sentinel newspaper and when she is not covering local news or writing her novels and short stories, she is teaching group fitness classes.
Thomas Page: Social Media and Contributing Writer
Thomas Page has a B.A. in English from the Catholic University of America where he is now pursuing his masters. He has written about such topics as feminism in Chaucer, the sublime in Jane Eyre, the state of the Chinese Communist Party, humor during the Jewish Diaspora, and the impact of children on marriages. Some of Thomas’ favorite writers are William Faulkner, Shirley Jackson, Walt Whitman, Charlotte Brontë, Matsuo Bashō, and Kobayashi Issa.
His work with the Academy of the Heart and Mind is running the Tumblr blog and submitting short works.
